Second Baby For Jack White Of The White Stripes
Singer, guitarist, and co-founder of the rock band White Stripes, and his wife, model Karen Elson, welcomed their second child on August 7.
The BBC reports that the baby, a boy, is named Henry Lee. He joins big sister Scarlett Teresa, 15 months, at home.
White, 32, and Elson, 28, were married in 2005.
The White Stripes are enjoying continued success after ten years together. Their latest album, Icky Thump, released this summer, earned them their first U.S.A. Top 40 single, and reached the # 1 album spot in the U.K. Their sound has been described as a mix of delta blues, desert rock and thrash metal.
The Grammy Award-winning duo are nominated in the Best Group category in the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards.
